The Garrison Gatsby

The theme for the Fort Smith Downtown Business Association's inaugural Street Dinner on September 16, 2017, will be The Great Gatsby. Event attendees are encouraged to dress the part and help us take Garrison Avenue back to the Roaring 20's as we fill the streets of Downtown Fort Smith with flappers, chaps and maybe even a mobster or two.

What's for Dinner

With 200 years under its belt, it's no surprise that Downtown Fort Smith's modern-day culinary landscape has evolved into one that offers authentic eateries representing many of the World's Cultures. Latin American, Indian, German, Italian, Mediterranean, and of course everyone's favorite American blends of cajun-creole seafood and the best down home Southern Comfort dishes you'll find west of the Mississippi. The spread at this event is sure to awaken the "foodie" in all of us with a menu that Mr. Gatsby himself couldn't have planned better.

The Drink Menu

With the purchase of a general admission or VIP ticket comes access to premium wines from Arkansas Wine Country's famed Post Familie Vineyards, plus local/regional craft brews like Bluesberry Ale from Bricktown Brewery and Hazlenut Brown and Arkansas Red from Core Brewing Company. There will also be a cash bar for mixed drinks, cocktails, bourbons and more. Plus, we'll have premium coffees and a variety of high-quality teas from Savoy Tea Company.
