Fall Festival Food Truck Application

Please fill out all information. This application is to become a vendor at the 2026 Fort Smith Fall Festival, October 24th from 10:00 am to 4 pm. Application Deadline is September 30th. We will select a mix of 14 trucks. There are only 2 locations this year. At Miss Laura's and on Rogers Avenue near the curve at 3rd Street. Last year's event had over 6000 people in attendance. BYOG! Bring Your Own Generator but please try to use a quiet one.
