Join us for an evening of discussion and discovery with Judge Jim Spears (Attorney, Public Defender and former judge) as he discusses the complete history of the Sebastian County Judiciary with his newest book, “Justice Divided; A Judicial History of Sebastian County”. The book-signing and program begins at 6:00 pm. Doors open at 5:30 with light refreshments and drinks. This is a free public event.
