We intend to develop programs that meet the needs and interests of all people, from the amateur to the highly gifted. We provide a unique artistic experience for each student. The Fort Smith Downtown Business Association (FSDBA) meets most months on the second Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The location varies so please check our calendar of events for location information. Visitors welcome!
