Food Truck Vendor Application

Be sure to read the vendor guidelines before applying.

Please fill out all information. This application is to become a vendor at the 2026 Fort Smith Food Truck Festival, September 26th from 1:00 pm to 10 pm. Application Deadline is September 1st. We will select a mix of trucks. We will have the event in the Farmers' Market Parking Lot (with the shade canopies and cool lights!!). BYOG! Bring Your Own Generator but please try to use a quiet one.
